Product Features:
This integrated linear liquid filling, capping and labeling line adopts a fully automatic continuous linear structure, combining filling, capping and labeling into one single production line. 
Equipped with dual-head magnetic pump filling system, the machine delivers stable dosing with accuracy up to ±0.2g and effectively prevents liquid dripping during operation. 
All parts contacting liquid are made of SUS304 stainless steel, satisfying hygiene requirements for food, health products and cosmetic manufacturing. 
The system adopts PLC and human-machine touch screen control. Operators can conveniently adjust filling volume, running speed and labeling position without complicated tools.
The equipment supports multiple bottle types, mainly suitable for dropper glass bottles and small round bottles. The compact linear layout saves factory space, and the conveying structure can be reserved to connect with upstream feeding equipment and downstream case packer to build a fully automatic packaging workshop. 
We support personalized customization on bottle specifications, conveyor length and optional attachments such as date printer and weight checker.

Suitable for automatic packaging of low-viscosity liquid: 
essential oil, herbal tincture, oral liquid, serum, essence, cosmetic raw liquid, health care liquid and other products.
