Fully Automated Process: Capable of completing a series of automated processes, including material feeding, film pulling, bag making, auger metering & filling, sealing, cutting, counting, labeling/coding, and output.
Material & Design: The machine body is made of 304 stainless steel, complying with GMP hygiene standards. It features an elegant, minimalist design that is easy to clean.
Smart Control: Equipped with a Chinese-English bilingual touch screen control system, allowing for intuitive parameter settings and user-friendly operation.
Core Configuration: Utilizes imported electrical components and high-precision servo motors to ensure highly efficient and stable performance.
Precision Metering: Features a high-performance auger metering device combined with a Teflon-coated hopper. This effectively prevents powder adhesion, ensuring precise metering and smooth material discharge.

High Expandability: Optional accessories can be configured based on material characteristics (such as dust generation or moisture absorption), including vacuum loaders, dust removal devices, nitrogen filling devices, inkjet printers, finished product conveyor belts, and weight checkers.
